Lexington, KY – Forcht Bank is proud to announce its partnership with the Division of Online and Graduate Studies at Union College, which will create an increased awareness of the educational offerings of Union College and a discounted tuition rate for Forcht Bank employees.

“Union College is an integral part of this community and this region, and we understand the importance of working together to grow our community as a whole,” said Corey Chesnut, Market President. “Any opportunity that allows us to provide higher education to our employees at a lower cost, as well as work with Union College to hire future bankers to deliver great customer service is a win-win scenario.”

The Corporate Partner Tuition Rate Program (CPTR) agreement affords Forcht Bank access to Union College student recruitment, a heightened educational profile, and a tuition reduction for all Forcht Bank employees; thus, encouraging employees to pursue higher education and creating employment opportunities for Union College students.

Union College welcomes a strengthened corporate relationship and support of a local bank with emphasis on raising awareness of Online and Graduate Studies, as well as Union College becoming a preferred education partner for Forcht Bank employees.

“We are very aware of Forcht’s long-standing philosophy of supporting education in the state of Kentucky so it was a natural fit,” says Dr. David Williams, Dean of Online and Graduate Studies at Union College. “We are incredibly proud of where Union College is heading as we continue to make improvements to our curriculum and community outreach to provide opportunities to future students.”

Since its origin in 1879, Union College has ignited students from throughout Appalachia, and all over the country, with a collegiate experience to ensure lifelong success. Union is grounded by four pillars that define our focus as an academic institution: service to each other and our communities; our Appalachian culture and heritage; our core affiliation with Methodism and the liberal arts academic experience. The four pillars highlight Union’s strengths, values, mission and identity. www.unionky.edu/online
