Special Notice Regarding Coronavirus

An Update From Forcht Bank Regarding Changes in Operations

In response to the unprecedented situation regarding the coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the decision to limit access to all Forcht Bank lobbies until further notice beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020.  Forcht Bank lobbies are still accessible to customers by setting up an appointment at their preferred banking center. At this time, we feel that reducing the number of customer/employee interactions will help minimize the exposure and potential spread of the virus to our employees, as well as to customers. We are asking all customers to utilize our drive thru banking lanes that feature our OnDemand Banking to conduct their everyday banking transactions.

What is OnDemand Banking?

OnDemand Banking (Interactive Teller Machines – ITM) allows a bank representative and a customer to have a two-way video conversation to conduct a banking transaction.  Learn more here.

Things to remember

  • You will still have access to your accounts and funds. We are simply practicing social distancing as recommended by the CDC and other health officials.  By utilizing OnDemand Banking, customers will be able to complete bank transactions with no direct human contact, but will have the personalized service through video with one of our experienced bank representatives.
  • If you’re a business owner or operator and need a change order, call us at 844-436-7248 to schedule a change order pickup/drop-off.
  • We strongly recommend taking advantage of our digital banking tools like Online Banking, Mobile Banking Apps, OnDemand Banking, CardValet and more to manage your banking needs while minimizing contact with our banking staff.

We’re here to help

For any additional questions or banking services you may have, please contact us at 844-436-7248.  We are still working every day to serve our customers throughout Kentucky and Ohio whether it be remotely or by appointment at a location near you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work together with our communities to combat the spread of the coronavirus and return to normalcy.
