Announcing Expanded Lobby Access for Select Forcht Bank Locations
From the President & CEO, Tucker Ballinger: We would like to thank each of our customers for their continued loyalty and their patience over past two months during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. Our entire banking team has worked quickly to adapt our services to reinforce social distancing and other guidelines provided by the CDC in order to protect both you and our employees. I’d also like to thank our employees for their dedication and resilience during these times.
As you are aware, our lobbies have always been open to our customers by appointment. Now, in accordance with state and CDC recommendations, we have decided to expand the access to our lobbies in which customers will not need to have an appointment between the hours of 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST at select locations beginning May 13, 2020. Each of our locations will feature several types of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to reduce the risk of transmission of the coronavirus. Our bankers will be wearing masks for your protection and safety.
Once again, I thank you for your patience and understanding as we make gradual and calculated steps towards a happier banking experience for each of our communities.

OnDemand Banking - our easy-to-use OnDemand Banking (Interactive Teller Machines – ITM) allows a bank representative and a customer to have a two-way video conversation to conduct a banking transaction. Learn more here.

Mobile Banking - Previously customers were required to have enrolled in online banking before using the Forcht Bank Mobile Banking App for iPhones and Androids. But with a new update, customers can directly download the app and enroll from the login screen and have access to online banking and mobile banking. Mobile Banking is free to download and includes many of the features of online banking plus more:

- Transaction alerts - receive instant alerts when you card is being used.
