Keeping your account information up-to-date is important as it allows the bank to quickly identify authorized account holders and helps to prevent potential account fraud.

Choosing a complex password for your online or mobile banking account can help prevent fraud and unauthorized access to your accounts. But having a complex password may mean you may infrequently forget your password.  Use these tips to help reset your password or contact our Customer Care Team to help resolve your issue.

• To prevent unauthorized users from attempting to access your account, we have a limit of three failed logins before locking your account.  Please call us 844-436-7248 during business hours to have your account unlocked.  
• If you’re having trouble accessing our mobile banking app, try these simple tips before reaching out to us.
  • Trying closing out the app on your smartphone.  On an Apple iPhone, slide your thumb up from the bottom of the screen to the top reaching your open apps.  Select the Forcht Bank Mobile Banking app and swipe up to close the app.   Go back to your home screen and re-launch the mobile app.
  • Sometimes it is necessary to delete the app and re-install it. This will help ensure you also have the most updated version of the app on your phone.  *NOTE: if you are testing beta versions of iOS or Android software, our mobile banking app may not work.

Fraudsters are hard at work every day looking for victims to scam.  We strongly encourage our customers with debit cards to regularly monitor their accounts for transactions that may have not been authorized.
