Forcht Bank proudly upholds volunteering and giving back to our communities as key core values of our company. Recognizing the vital role our communities play in our success, we believe through volunteering and actively contributing our time and skills to various community projects, we're investing back into the neighborhoods that have invested in us. By nurturing strong bonds with our communities, we hope to build a brighter future for all.

Employees at all 26 of our banking center locations across Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio, actively participate in opportunities of giving back throughout the year. In addition to the volunteer highlights below, between 2023-2024, our employees logged over 4,500 hours of community service, and Forcht Bank and its employees donated over $360,000 to nonprofits and educational institutions.

Ice Cream Machine

We're all about supporting our community in fun and meaningful ways. That's why, in 2013, we hit the road with our Ice Cream Machine. For over a decade, we've been spreading joy at local events and bringing sweet treats to families and friends!

Patriot Day

Every year on September 11, our branches, each in their own way, remember the 2,977 people who died in 9/11 and honor local police, firefighters, veterans, and many more with care packages, sweet treats, and special ceremonies to recognize their tireless efforts in ensuring our safety every day.

Community Impact Scholarship Awards

Since 2021, Forcht Bank has awarded three graduating high school seniors each a scholarship of $5,000 as part of our commitment to helping the next generation continue their education and foster their growth as future leaders.

Community Champions

Each year, we award at least 24 Forcht Bank employees who volunteer their time at local nonprofits a monetary award for themselves, and a monetary donation opportunity to give back to any nonprofit of their choice.

Our annual food drive, where each banking center collects nonperishable food items or monetary donations to give back to those in need. All items and/or monetary donations go back into the same community in which they were donated.

Central Kentucky Heart Walk

Forcht Bank has participated in the Central Kentucky Heart Walk for over a decade. In 2024, employees and their families raised over $5,000 to assist in the American Heart Association's goal of uniting, taking actions, and saving lives.

Forcht Bank Fun!

Our Ice Cream Machine, giant outdoor fork ("Forcht") sculptures with an array of toppers, a Forky mascot, glowing lime green forks at our Loan Production Offices, brand partnerships with two University of Kentucky men's basketball players, and more create a sense of fun among employees and our communities in knowing that while we work in a traditionally serious environment, pockets of entertainment and enjoyment are why our customers come to us for Happier Banking.
