¹ The prime rate used to determine your APR is the rate published in the Wall Street Journal as of the last business day of each month. Any change in this index will cause your APR to change on the first day of the month, following a prime rate change on or before the tenth of the prior month. Rates are accurate as of November 2024. HOW WE CALCULATE YOUR BALANCE: We use a method called "average daily balance (including new purchases). An explanation of this method is provided in your account agreement. BILLING RIGHTS: Information on your rights to dispute transactions and how to exercise those rights is provided with your account agreement. OHIO RESIDENTS:  The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request.  The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.
