Can I call and find out account information, such as a balance?
Yes, you can use your Telephone Banking Line - 1.866.544.5383 to access all of your account information.  You can see if a check has cleared, receive updated balances, transfer funds and more. *Note: If you have not used the automated service before you will have to set up a PIN number to protect your account and information.

How do I enroll in online banking?

Enroll in online banking by:

1) Clicking "Login" on the home page

2) Clicking the "Enroll" link in the pop-up box

How do I reset my online banking password?

Don't worry, it happens! To reset your password, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click here to visit our password reset page.
  2. Provide your username, last 4 digits of your SSN, and the email you used to sign up for Online Banking.
  3. A temporary password will be sent to your email
  4. Once you receive the temporary password, login and create a new password.
How do I recover my online banking username?
Call us from 8 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday, or 8 AM to 12 PM EST on Saturdays to recover your username.
Can I enroll to receive eStatements for my Business Checking and Savings Account?
Yes, eStatements are available for Business Checking and Savings accounts.  However, customers cannot currently self-enroll through Business Online Banking.  If you would like to sign up to receive secure eStatements, please contact your business banker. 
I'm traveling. Do I need to call the bank?

Where can I find my account number?

Your account number can be found:

1) Within Online Banking - Once logged in, you are able to view all your Forcht Bank accounts with their respective account numbers.

2) On a check - Look for your account number on the bottom of your paper checks. Be sure not to be confused with Forcht Bank's routing number: 042108397.

3) On your statements - Both paper and eStatements contain your account number.

I deposited a check using mobile deposit, when will the funds be in my account?
If the mobile deposit was successfully uploaded between 8 AM and 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday, it can be credited to your account as quickly as up to 4 hours. If the mobile deposit was uploaded outside normal business hours, it will be credited the next business day.
Will I ever receive text messages from Forcht Bank?
Occasionally, Forcht Bank will send you information regarding your account from the numbers 99588 and 37268. These are SAFE numbers we suggest that you save to your phone. Do not exchange personal information with other numbers as they are likely scammers. If you do not wish to receive text alerts, simply reply to the text with "STOP" to opt out. 
How do I order or re-order checks?
Ordering checks through our partner Harland Clarke is easy.  Simply visit this site and enter your account information.  Your checks will arrive to your desired destination several weeks later.
