In January, Forcht Bank named its newest class of Emerging Leaders. This program was created in 2025 to identify and nurture high-potential employees by equipping them with the skills, insights, and experience necessary to excel as future leaders.

Our Class of 2026 consists of nine Bank employees who applied and were selected, including:

-Hope Higginbotham, Portfolio Manager in Lexington
-Jayden Cunagin, Concierge Banker in London
-Kayla Boyd, Concierge Banker in Lexington
-Matthew Shepherd, Assistant Financial Center Manager in Somerset
-Robert Harmon, OnDemand Teller in Campbellsville
-Teresa Swangin, Concierge Banker in Dry Ridge
-Zachary Neikirk, Loan Operations Specialist in Lexington
