How much does a MyCustomCard costs?

Each custom debit card is $10.00 per cardholder. If there is a joint account where each person has a debit card and would like to have a MyCustomCard, it will be $10 per debit card.

I'm having trouble with the MyCustomCard builder; how can I troubleshoot?

Important note, MyCustomCard can only be accessed through Internet Explorer browser.

How long does it take to receive MyCustomCard once it's been ordered?

Typically, it will take 7 to 10 business days to receive your new MyCustomCard. If you have not received your new card within 10 business days, please contact our Operations Department at 866-523-1445. 

Are there any restrictions as to what image I can put on MyCustomCard?

Cardholder supplied images and/or text should not contain: 

• Political statements
• Advertising, promotional text, slogans, copyrighted or trademarked material
• Phone numbers, URLs
• Brand names or branded products
• Celebrities, athletes, musicians, public figures, etc
• MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® or any other payment brand references
• References to any Visa sponsorship property, such as the Olympics or NASCAR
• Socially unacceptable groups
• Provocative or sexual content
• Profanity, obscenities or nudity
• Violence, firearms, weapons or ammunition
• Alcohol or tobacco

If I am replacing an existing debit card with a new MyCustomCard card, what do I need to do with my old Forcht Bank Debit MasterCard®?

Once you receive your new MyCustomCard, you should destroy your old card to ensure that you don't accidentally try to use it again. The old card will not function once your new MyCustomCard has been activated.

Will I need to get a new PIN (Personal Identification Number) if I am just replacing an existing Forcht Bank Debit MasterCard with a MyCustomCard?

No, your existing PIN will work with your new debit card. However, if you would like to change your PIN, you may call the 24/7 Customer Care phone number on the back of the card.

If I am getting a debit card for the first time and am electing to get a MyCustomCard debit card, when will I receive my PIN (Personal Identification Number)?

If you are getting a new debit card on an account which did not have a debit card in the past, you will be able to create a PIN once you receive your debit card. The phone number included with your debit card will allow you to create a PIN of your choice.

Do I need to change my account numbers on any pre-existing automatic payments I have established with my existing Forcht Bank Debit MasterCard?

Your card account number will remain the same however, because your new MyCustomCard is issued with a new expiration date, that piece of information will need to be updated with your vendor.

My husband has a debit card and I have a debit card on our joint account. Can we each have different images? Can we both have the same image?

You can both have the same image or different images. Each card order is separate and will track to the card number. For MyCustomCard debit cards, whether you choose the same image for two separate cards or two different images for two separate cards, you will be billed $10.00 for each photo debit card ordered. For MyCustomCard credit cards, custom design cards are free (limited to one per year).
