ELIGIBILITY: The Forcht Bank “Shop. Tap. Win.” Sweepstakes begins on November 7, 2022 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on December 18,  2022 at 11:59 PM ET. The Shop. Tap. Win. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Kentucky and Ohio. Void where prohibited. Forcht Bank employees and members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) are not eligible.

TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period to enter for a chance to win, customers can use their Forcht Bank Debit and/or Credit Card(s) to complete in-store and online purchases.   Each purchase transaction will enter the customer into the eligible pool with one entry. i.e 35 purchases will equate to 35 entries. An alternative method of entry is available by mailing a 3” x 5” postcard to 2709 Old Rosebud Road, Lexington, KY 40509 with the following information: (a) First and Last Name (b) Current Residence Address (c) Phone Number.  Any other alternative methods received or postcards not containing information (a) through (c) will be ruled ineligible to win. Limit one alternative entry per legal resident.

PRIZE DRAWING: One winner will be chosen from all eligible entries by random on December 20, 2022. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.  Winner will be notified by the phone number registered on account or by the phone number provided by the entrant on the entry post card.

PRIZES: One (1) prize will be awarded for the “Shop. Tap. Win.” Sweepstakes – consisting of one (1) cash prize of $2,500.00. The first random name drawn will be deemed the winner. Prizes will be awarded "AS IS." Sponsor makes no offer of any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prizes. No manufacturer or representative of any offered prize is associated with or sponsoring the Sweepstakes. Federal, state, or local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of each winner.

NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by the phone number listed on account record or by phone number provided by the entrant on the entry post card. Potential winner must respond to the attempt to contact by telephone call and provide proof of identification within 48 hours of prize drawing. Winner is required to visit a Forcht Bank Banking Center to claim prize. At Sponsor’s discretion, winners may be required to produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the prize, is disqualified, fails to timely execute, and return any required forms, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected from other potential winners by random draw from all remaining eligible entries.

PUBLICITY & MARKETING: Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winners' name, voice, statements, image, likeness, and photograph used as your profile picture on the Facebook Platform for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. Submission of contact information in connection with this Sweepstakes will NOT be used for any additional purposes.

EXCLUSIONS:  All Forcht Bank and Forcht Group employees and their immediate family, defined by siblings, children, and parent(s) are not eligible to win prizes.  

NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: Sponsor, and Sponsor Affiliates, are not responsible for and entrants release each from any failures of any kind in this Sweepstake. Entrants further release and agree to indemnify Sponsor, and Sponsor Affiliates, from all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever alleged to arise from injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property in connection with this Sweepstakes including, but not limited to: (a) the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded; (b) any travel or prize-related activity; (c) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials disseminated by Sponsor; and (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by an entrant, Sponsor, or Sponsor Affiliates.

OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
